  The staff was friendly and helpful but one of them straight face robbed me of $9.00 today. Now, one of the store's clerks helped me to find an item, informed me of a $2 discount I could receive if I sign up for a CVS membership card, then pleasantly helped me sign up before making my purchase. However, during that exchange, she handed me $1.01 instead of my actual change of $10.01. After immediately going back to her about it, she went in the back to check the register then told me her totals balanced. I could've pursued it further by asking them to replay the surveillance footage but... it was only $9.00. I thought it was fishy that she checked without supervision but worse I paid for not paying attention. Please, don't let their friendliness distract you from observing your purchases carefully.
