  My experience with Terminix was very positive. I will recommend them to everyone. Communication is essential when dealing with the public. This company has that down pat. Modern technology is amazing to us older people, I actually knew where the technician was as soon as he left the office to respond to my address. He listened to my complaint, did a thorough job applying the solution to combat my pests, spent a few minutes explaining what happens next and he was off to the next job. He did not waste any time and was basically in and out. Chris Murphy is a real asset to Terminix. Thanks Chris!
